  • We are a boutique firm that only deals with personal injury claims.

 

  • That means that we aim to provide you with a service that is different from other firms, which deal with different areas of law as well as personal injury claims.

 

  • We operate on a "No Win, No Fee" basis.  

 

  • We limit the number of claims we take on so that your claim is dealt with by the Principal of the Practice, Colin Patino, and is not given to a Junior Solicitor or "paralegal" to run.

 

  • Colin has extensive experience in dealing with motor vehicle accident claims, workplace claims and public liability claims throughout Queensland for both injured people and insurance companies. This gives us an insight, that is different than firms who act exclusively for injured people or insurance companies.
